By taking an integrative approach to therapy, combining the most effective, research-backed modalities such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy skill building (DBT), Yoga Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts work. Please note I do not offer full model DBT. My goal is to help you:
