Hi! I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona offering in-person and telehealth sessions. I am most passionate about helping clients become more confident, emotionally intelligent versions of themselves. In session, we may work on individual & relational skills, such as: improving self-esteem and/or body image, healing from disordered eating or exercise, exploring sexuality, healing attachment wounds, & improving communication and relationship skills. I aim to take an authentic approach to counseling – I’ll show my full personality and want you to do the same! I use lots of curiosity and collaborative exploration, leaning on ACT, EFT, Feminist Therapy, Reality Therapy, parts work, DBT, and somatics. I am Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating aligned, and I’m a sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming clinician. I believe we as humans all have built-in intuition that can guide us to create our most fulfilling lives, however sometimes we’re pulled away from that due to social expectations, shame, trauma, etc. My goal is to help you rediscover and re-align with your intuition, so you can live a life that is fulfilling and aligns with your values and desires.
