WaSaBe MINT is a holistic practice serving individuals, couples, and families globally. Rooted in systemic therapy and mind-body-spirit integration, my work supports clients navigating expat adjustments, identity transitions, relationship stress, cross-cultural challenges, and the emotional demands of high-pressure professions. My practice is designed for people who often carry more than they name—those who function at a high level externally while managing fatigue, grief, or disconnection internally.
