Pricing & referral details

Auto-renews at $120/yr and stays locked as long as your account stays active. Prefer to pay once? A one-time $140 covers 12 months (no auto-renew, no bonus months), then the regular rate applies. Your listing stays visible through the period you've paid for, then archives.

💚 Refer & earn, join with a provider's referral code for a year and get an additional 7 bonus months. Once you're in, refer colleagues and earn 3 bonus months for each provider who joins (after a 30-day hold). Every membership supports our planned philanthropy, one day, safe housing for older teens with no safe place to go.

💚 You're setting up a free Community listing. Community listings are free, there's no charge, ever, for 100%-free resources like food banks, shelters, and warming centers. We'll do a quick review to confirm it qualifies. You won't be asked for any payment.

🎤 CE Provider / Marketer / Events account, $50/year. This account lets you post to the Professional calendar without a public directory listing, built for CE providers, professional associations, and event, vendor, or wellness-fair hosts. Access: Professional calendar posting only; you are not listed in the provider directory. A business email is preferred, but not required, if you only have a personal email (for example, you're retired), just email [email protected] and we'll get you set up. Already a provider? Use a Provider account instead, it includes both calendars.

🤝 Business Services listing. This is for a B2B business that serves wellness providers, accounting, billing, cleaning, scheduling, staffing, training, uniforms, IT, and the like, not a health or wellness provider itself. Your profile shows what you offer, location, hours, contact, and website, and leaves out clinical fields. Membership is the same price as a Provider account. When you build your listing, choose a category under Business & Professional Services.

💡 Run a gym, studio, wellness shop, or a nonprofit with wellness/day programs? That's a Provider, go back and pick the Provider card instead.

🌿 Personal Member Free

For anyone using Wellyoh to find care and resources. Search and filter providers, save your favorites, leave reviews, RSVP to and post community events, and manage your account, all free. You won’t have a public directory listing.

💼 Provider Account Membership

Everything a Personal Member account has, plus your own public listing, visibility in search, the ability to add your groups or meetings to our Groups & Meetings area, access to both the public Community calendar and the private Provider calendar, a provider-only Bulletins board (classifieds), a dashboard with CE recordkeeping, and referral credit. For anyone who provides health or wellness, clinics, therapists, and holistic care, plus gyms, yoga & dance studios, wellness shops, and nonprofits running wellness or day programs. Paid membership, founding rate available.

💚 Community Listing Free

For 100%-free community resources, food banks, shelters, warming centers, free support groups, community closets, and the like. A full provider listing at no cost, you won’t be asked for payment (we’ll do a quick eligibility review). Not a free-only resource? Choose Provider Account above.

🤝 Business Services Membership

For businesses that don't provide health or wellness care themselves, but serve the people who do, a B2B hub for accounting, billing, cleaning, scheduling, staffing, training, uniforms, IT, and more. Your listing skips clinical fields, includes the Community calendar and a dashboard, and reaches the providers looking for you. Same membership as Provider.

For those who host professional events but don't offer directory services, CE providers, associations, and event, vendor, or wellness-fair hosts. Post to the Professional calendar; no public listing.
