Vida Therapeutic Massage is the solo practice of Jesus Arroyo-Lopez, LMT, MMP, at 21 Eliot Street in South Natick, on the second floor of the main house on a three-acre property shared by about 30 small businesses. Jesus trained at the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco, worked in a multidisciplinary pain management program, and completed a medical massage program in 2018. Jesus blends myofascial release, deep Swedish, sports massage, trigger point and cross fiber work. Sessions include therapeutic, relaxation, postural, heat, sports, arnica and CBD massage, along with cupping, prenatal massage and manual lymphatic drainage. Sixty-minute sessions run $115 to $140 and ninety-minute sessions $165 to $190. Packages and e-gift cards are available, and booking is online.
