About
Upledger México, in Cuernavaca, Morelos, is the exclusive representative of the Upledger Institute International in Mexico, offering internationally recognized training and certification in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. It is led by Margarita Soberón, who has about three decades of experience in manual medicine along with training in body-based and psychotherapy disciplines, and courses are taught by a team of international Upledger instructors with teaching assistants. Alongside therapist training by levels, the institute offers craniosacral therapy sessions for the public: gentle, hands-on sessions of about one hour, done fully clothed on a treatment table, as well as water-based craniosacral work. Courses are in Spanish.
