Dr. Tripti Joshi founded Niko Physical Therapy in Apple Valley, Minnesota in 2024. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2017 and turned to pelvic health after her own experience as a patient, going on to pursue advanced pelvic floor training. She treats men and women for urinary conditions (incontinence, retention, urgency, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis), bowel conditions (IBS, constipation, incontinence), pelvic pain (vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, tailbone pain, SIJ dysfunction, painful intercourse), male pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum concerns including prolapse and diastasis recti, and hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, along with general orthopedic physical therapy. Her approach combines manual therapy, osteopathic pelvic correction, neuromuscular rehab, visceral manipulation (Barral Institute training), postural restoration principles, dry needling and Pilates reformer exercise. Sessions are a full hour in a private room, patients message the therapist directly between visits, and children are welcome at appointments. No referral is needed in Minnesota.
