Owner Chrystal McNary, a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner with about 15 years in the field, opened Restore Wellness Spa in 2020 and rebranded it as The Haven. The team includes a second massage therapist, an esthetician and spa staff, across nine treatment rooms and five spa rooms. Massage options include relaxation, therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal, CBD therapeutic, certified medical massage and Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions. A first certified medical massage is booked at 90 minutes or longer. The spa also offers facials, hair and nail services, waxing, body treatments, a float pod and red light therapy cocoons, along with memberships and an Aveda product shop.
