Susan Thomas, PT, PRPC (she/her), is co-owner and a physical therapist at Evolve Physical Therapy of Rochester in Pittsford, NY. Susan completed physical therapy education at the State University of New York at Buffalo and has practiced in Rochester since 1998, concentrating first on orthopedics and in recent years on pelvic health, myofascial release, pain science education and a biopsychosocial approach to recovery. Evolve accepts Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, MVP, Independent Health, Medicare, UnitedHealthcare and Aetna.
