Sage Recovery & Wellness Center provides mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment for adults, professionals, families and adolescents in the Austin, Texas area. Founded by Tiffany Anschutz, LCSW, the program operates its Westlake Center at 7004 Bee Caves Rd in Austin for outpatient care and the Sage Recovery Villa, a 15-bed residential facility on a 24-acre property in Manor, Texas. Levels of care include residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for mental health and substance use, a virtual IOP for Texas adults that meets three evenings per week, and individual outpatient therapy. Adolescent services include mental health and substance use IOPs and individual therapy. The program also offers a business executive track for professionals and an alumni program. Supervised detox is coordinated with medical partners. Treatment uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and ACT within a trauma-informed, holistic model, and addresses alcohol and drug use, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder and codependency. The clinical team includes a medical director, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed therapists and counselors, and a dietitian. The center accepts most major insurance plans.
