Rx Massage Therapy is the Winter Park practice of Ben Keyes, LMT, licensed in Florida since 2002. Low back pain is the main focus, including disc problems, and Ben also treats the neck, shoulder, hip, knee and wrist. Each visit starts from assessment of range of motion, muscle testing and orthopedic tests, and clients are taught self-care to use between sessions. The practice moved to 174 W Comstock Ave, Suite 101, in April 2026. Ben works with athletes of many levels and was the official massage therapist for the Orlando Valkyries volleyball team in its first season. Ben served on the 2004 Athens sports massage team and was named Florida's Sports Massage Therapist of the Year for 2025. Methods include medical and orthopedic massage, myofascial therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, Kinesio Taping, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, therapeutic stretching, corrective exercise, and Thai and Swedish massage. Lymphatic and scar tissue massage after cosmetic surgery is also available. Calls only; no text messages.
