Rita Benamor, DO, CST-D, BI-D, has run a clinical practice in Lisbon since 2002, combining osteopathy with visceral, neural and articular manipulation. She holds a degree in osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University and has directed Barral Institute Portugal since 2016. She is a certified Barral Institute instructor for Visceral Manipulation (levels 1 to 5), Neural Manipulation (levels 1 to 3) and Listening Techniques, and a CranioSacral Therapy 1 instructor for the Upledger Institute, teaching in more than 20 countries. She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French. About her credentials: DO here is a European osteopathy qualification, not a US Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
