Revive Holistic Bodywork, LLC is the practice of Stephanie Sloan, LMT, in the Altamonte Springs area. Each treatment starts with a client intake and postural assessment, then Stephanie shapes a plan around what the client needs, whether that is pain relief or simply a chance to relax. Stephanie's training covers Ashiatsu, Sarga, orthopedic massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point, hot stones, Thai massage, chair massage, cupping and kinesiology taping. Stephanie is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which adds a movement perspective. Integrative treatments run 30 to 90 minutes and can be booked online.
