Pauline "Pauli" Hannan, PT, DPT, Cert-DN, is a pelvic floor physical therapist and the founder of Beyond the V by Pauli in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She has treated the pelvic floor in women, men and children for more than 14 years and has helped establish five women's health clinics. Her approach is movement-based and whole-body, built on her No Kegels University Method. It centers on breath, coordination, pressure management and nervous system regulation rather than isolated squeezing. She works with leaking and incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and painful intercourse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, diastasis recti and constipation. With patient consent, sessions may include visceral mobilization, soft tissue and myofascial release, dry needling and neuromodulation, scar tissue release, internal pelvic floor trigger point release, dynamic cupping, kinesiology taping, strengthening and lengthening work, postural training, and nutrition and stress-management education. She tailors plans to each patient's goals, schedule and budget, and recommends no more visits than needed.
