Dr. Paula Czapla, PT, DPT, OCS, is the owner, director and a physical therapist at A Life in Balance Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, with offices in Flemington, New Jersey and Stratton, Vermont. She brings nearly 20 years of experience, holds a doctorate from Seton Hall University, and is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with advanced training in dry needling, Reiki, yoga and pelvic health. She specializes in functional movement and mobility using both traditional and integrative approaches, and works with patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.
