Optimal Physical Therapy Gym is a community-focused physical therapy practice with clinics in South Philadelphia and North Philadelphia. Every visit is one-on-one with a doctorally trained physical therapist, starting with a whole-body assessment and a treatment plan tailored to the patient. The team focuses on drug-free pain relief through joint mobilization, manual therapy, soft tissue and myofascial work and corrective exercise, along with balance and fall prevention and education to prevent re-injury. Its stated mission is to make physical therapy accessible to all of Philadelphia's communities.
