Neha Shah, MPT, CYT is the owner and founder of Back To Center Physical Therapy & Yoga in Santa Monica, serving the Westside community. Neha is a physical therapist, certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and a credentialed Graston Technique provider. The practice treats men and women of all ages with a special focus on women's health, including pelvic floor dysfunction, bowel and bladder dysfunction, menopause, prenatal and postnatal care and recovery after C-section. As a mom, Neha has a particular interest in prenatal and postnatal patients and uses yoga therapy to ease pregnancy aches, prepare for labor and support recovery after delivery. Sessions are held in private treatment rooms inside WUUM at 202 Bicknell Ave, and virtual sessions are available.
