Muscular Puzzles Therapy Spa is a Farmington practice founded by owner Dora Avila, a medical massage practitioner and Branford Hall graduate with more than 14 years in the field. Sessions are tailored to relief, relaxation or recovery, and draw on medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and cupping.
