About
Do you find yourself fading into the background becoming an observer rather than an active participant in your own life? Are you ever frozen in the middle of a conversation not sure how to respond? Constantly wondering how you should act around certain people or different situations? Unfortunately, many of us have learned to censor ourselves to better fit in, not upset others, or to survive dangerous situations. It is not natural to silence our own voice, but sadly many of us have been conditioned to do so from years of interpersonal and systemic trauma, oppression, and abuse. I am passionate about supporting folks in healing from childhood trauma, religious trauma, and narcissistic abuse. Using holistic trauma therapy, my clients gain validation for their complex experiences, clarity in their path towards healing, and peace with the identity and life they courageously choose to claim. As a queer, polyamorous, and neurodivergent therapist, I love working with others in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC folks, neurodivergent minds, non-conforming identities, those in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, and anyone in marginalized communities.
