Dr. Maria Villarini, PT, DPT, CKTP, RYT, is the founder and primary practitioner at Inner Strength Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, serving Northern New Jersey, the North Bronx and Westchester. She provides one-on-one treatment for low back pain, sacral dysfunction, pelvic pain and pelvic floor disorders, including bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction, for the general population and athletes, and she specializes in pregnancy and postpartum-related pain. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2005 and is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner and certified yoga instructor.
