Lynn Harris is a North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMBT) based in Asheville, with a private practice since 1980 and more than 2,400 hours of training. She is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Zero Balancing and has advanced training in craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and Fascial Strain/Counterstrain. She trained in Hawaii in lomilomi massage, began teaching it in 1994, and later taught Neuromuscular Therapy at the NC School for Natural Healing. Her additional training includes Bowen Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Brain Therapy, Continuum Movement and the Egoscue Method. Sessions are personalized and may address neck and low back concerns, whiplash, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, TMJ and headaches, as well as relaxation-focused massage. Her office is about a mile from Exit 8 on I-240 in south Asheville.
