Lilith is a board-certified art therapist and licensed counselor with a humanistic, anti-oppressive approach that pairs art-making with verbal therapy. She centers clients of color and queer, trans and non-binary people, and draws on brainspotting, Internal Family Systems and sensorimotor art therapy.
