Lighthouse Spa is a massage and skincare spa on the lakefront in downtown Tahoe City, established in 1991. A second location, Granlibakken Spa, is in the Ski Run Lodge at Granlibakken Tahoe Resort (725 Granlibakken Road, 530-583-8111).
