Dr. Kylee Austin is a pelvic health physical therapist and co-owner of Mind to Body Healing (M2B), which she founded with Dr. Tara Sullivan to provide holistic, inclusive pelvic health care for people of all genders and life stages. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2023, graduating with distinction, and completed pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and a pelvic health clinical rotation with HonorHealth. Before physical therapy she worked from 2013 as a personal and group fitness trainer specializing in postpartum women's health and fitness. She treats a wide range of pelvic floor conditions in women and men, specializes in pelvic floor dry needling, and has a particular interest in Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders. M2B treats pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, painful intercourse, vaginismus, vestibulodynia, prolapse, coccydynia, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, prostatitis and pre- and post-prostatectomy care, and also sees children. Care includes education, manual therapy, biofeedback, electrical stimulation, therapeutic exercise and sexual counseling, with massage therapy also offered. The practice has locations in Mesa and in Arcadia (Phoenix).
