About

I help neurodivergent women in Louisiana, Florida and Virginia go from walking on eggshells, being told they're "too sensitive," and questioning their own sanity to trusting themselves again. Together we work on relief from emotional distress and healing from relational trauma. If you're autistic, ADHD or AuDHD (diagnosed or wondering), chances are you've been in intense, confusing, even toxic relationships. Maybe a lifetime of masking, feeling broken and being misunderstood has left you exhausted, lonely, and carrying wounds no one really sees. Maybe you can't figure out why you keep getting hurt when you give so much of yourself to others. As an AuDHD therapist, I get it. I spent decades being called "too sensitive," "too blunt" and "weird" myself. You won't have to explain masking to me, and you don't need the "right" words to start. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. We'll work on understanding your needs, making sense of what happened in your relationships, and healing from years of living in a world that wasn't built for your nervous system. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a structured approach that can bring faster relief from painful memories without retelling every detail. I also lead two online groups for women: the Emotional Abuse Recovery Group and the Unmasking Group. You don't need a diagnosis to work with me. Plenty of women figure it out along the way. As a licensed clinical social worker, I don't diagnose autism or ADHD. I offer telehealth across Louisiana, Florida and Virginia, and in-person sessions in Baton Rouge. My practice is private pay. Reaching out can feel scary and overwhelming. When you're ready, book a free 15-minute consultation through my website so we can see if we're a good fit. I'd love to hear from you.
