Kneading Nisee is the Cooper City massage practice of Amonise "Nisee" Creed, LMT, with a studio on Griffin Road. Amonise has about 15 years of licensed practice and an associate degree in natural health sciences, and has worked with athletes, gymnasts, executives and stay-at-home parents. The stated aim is to help clients take an active part in their own healing. Medical, sports and therapeutic sessions are customized and come with a treatment plan and at-home steps, drawing on lymphatic drainage, stretching, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release and craniosacral work. Swedish relaxation massage and Reiki are also offered, and Reiki can be done at a distance by Zoom or phone. A series membership is available. A deposit is required, and intake forms are completed before the first session.
