Klara Melli, MPT, is a licensed physical therapist and co-owner of Healix Physical Therapy & Wellness, a physical therapist-owned clinic in North Cape May, New Jersey. She earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Charles University and continued postgraduate education at A.T. Still University, and has worked with patients of all ages in inpatient, outpatient and home care settings. Her clinical interests include back, neck and joint pain, women's health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and psychosomatic physical therapy. Her coursework includes Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor 1 and 2, Herman & Wallace Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehabilitation, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (A-D), and pelvic floor and functional infertility physical therapy (the Mojzis Method). She is pursuing further pelvic rehabilitation certification through Herman & Wallace. Alongside evidence-based physical therapy, she draws on a background in yoga (yoga teacher since 2005, including prenatal and postpartum yoga), shiatsu, and mindfulness and embodiment practices.
