Yoga training includes a 200-hour yoga teacher training, 85-hour prenatal and 20-hour postnatal yoga training, and therapeutic and children's yoga training. Pelvic health therapy and pediatric therapy are offered in person and virtually (MA and NH only); birth prep is offered in person or virtually, and early postpartum visits can take place in the home.
