Katherine offers one-on-one pregnancy and postpartum workshops covering labor and delivery techniques and early postpartum core and pelvic floor care, drawing on her own experience delivering three daughters. Appointments are one-hour initial visits with 30- or 60-minute follow-ups, available virtually, in the Edina clinic, or at home in select circumstances. Physical therapy is for patients located in Minnesota. People outside Minnesota or with Medicare or Medicaid can book telehealth consultation sessions for education and guidance. New Normal is an out-of-network, cash-based practice that accepts credit, debit, HSA and FSA; patients may file with their insurance for out-of-network benefits.
