Katherine Hamilton, PTA, PCES, is a licensed physical therapist assistant and the clinic director at Mendwell Pelvic Health, a pelvic-health-only physical therapy practice in Portland, Oregon. She is a foundational member of the Mendwell team. She earned a BS in Exercise Science at Belmont University, where she played Division 1 basketball, and a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Chattahoochee Technical College. Katherine has taken pelvic rehabilitation courses through the Herman & Wallace Institute focused on prenatal and postpartum care, bowel and urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and diastasis. She is a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training for chronic pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum, and has training in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, pain science and the lumbopelvic region. Mendwell sees adults of all genders in private one-on-one treatment rooms and offers telehealth for patients in Oregon and Washington. The clinic is in network with most major insurance plans, offers self-pay rates, superbills, package pricing and HSA/FSA payment, and no referral is needed to start. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm.
