About
Kate Wingard founded Radiant Mind Wellness. She is a working studio artist as well as a licensed counselor and board-certified art therapist. Her own periods of limited speech and physical ability led her to rely heavily on nonverbal, mind-body approaches. She focuses on complex trauma, dissociation and intense panic or stress, using art therapy, EMDR, clinical hypnosis and ego state work. She also supervises provisionally licensed therapists and post-graduate art therapists, is training as an EMDR consultant, and is a past president of the Utah Art Therapy Association.
