Dr. Karilee (Kari) Schlarman, PT, DPT, is a pelvic floor physical therapist at Pillar Pelvic Health in Cincinnati's Hyde Park / Mt. Lookout area. She came to pelvic health during PT school and focuses on helping patients understand their bodies and move with confidence. Kari works with postpartum patients, athletes, people living with chronic pain and anyone looking to better understand their pelvic health, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes and fertility concerns. Her approach is rooted in movement and getting patients back to the activities they enjoy. She has advanced pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, holds the Pelvic Rehabilitation Fertility Specialist (PRFS) and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certifications, and is certified in dry needling. Pillar Pelvic Health offers one-on-one care for people of all genders and ages. Ohio allows direct access, so no physician referral is required; appointments are booked by phone or online inquiry.
