Dr. Julie Cortina, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and owner of Arizona Performance Institute (AZPI), a physical therapy and sports performance clinic in Mesa serving the East Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. Her clinical focus includes women's pelvic health, sports therapy and recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility and balance training, and spine and posture care. A former University of Minnesota scholarship gymnast with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, she worked as a personal trainer and gymnastics coach before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T.
