Jess Draper, OTR/L, IBCLC, EP-C, is the occupational therapist behind Hali'a Therapeutics in Eugene, Oregon. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Certified Low Milk Supply Specialist and an exercise physiologist, and was mentored by a pelvic floor physical therapist in adult rehabilitation while in graduate school at the University of Southern California.
