This Casa Grande location provides Horizon's Children's Services, including everyday health care and behavioral health support for infants, children and teens. Horizon Health and Wellness is a nonprofit community health center that has served Arizona for more than 40 years, with care centers in Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Chandler, Florence, Globe, Oracle, Phoenix, Queen Creek and Yuma.
