Heroes First Mental Health provides confidential, evidence-based mental health care for law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, 911 telecommunicators, dispatchers, corrections personnel, veterans, and their families. Its mission is to help those who protect others heal, grow, and remain mission-ready. 100% confidential — nothing goes to your department. No reports, no command notification, ever (the only exception is imminent risk of harm to yourself or an identifiable other). You'll talk to someone who understands the job, with flexible scheduling by phone, after shift, or telehealth that works around your schedule. Care is delivered through FORGE, a proprietary three-phase clinical framework built specifically for first responders, veterans, and the demands of occupational trauma: Phase 1 — Foundations & Orientation (building safety and trust); Phase 2 — Reintegration & Growth (processing what happened); Phase 3 — Expansion (building what's next). Heroes First offers confidential telehealth counseling for Louisiana first responders and corrections personnel.
