Jill McLaughlin (formerly Jill Grunewald) is the founder of Healthful Elements Inc. and a functional nutrition and hormone coach holding the Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) credential, with Institute for Integrative Nutrition training completed in 2006. Healthful Elements offers 1-on-1 coaching focused on hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's and autoimmunity, alopecia, adrenal dysfunction, hyperthyroidism and Graves' disease, and perimenopause and menopause. Coaching uses whole-foods nutrition, stress management and gradual lifestyle changes, delivered by phone or Zoom in 50-minute sessions every other week with email support between sessions.
