She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Army-Baylor University in 2018 and served as a physical therapist in the Army in Fairbanks, Alaska for almost five years. She is board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, holds certifications in pelvic health physical therapy and the McKenzie Method, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and pre- and postnatal coach. The clinic provides pelvic health physical therapy for men and women, including pregnancy and postpartum care, incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain, as well as comprehensive care for chronic pain such as headaches, back and neck pain, fibromyalgia and joint pain, and acute sprains and strains. Her approach assesses the whole body and addresses joint mobility, fascial line mobility, specific fascial restrictions around scars and organs, movement pattern retraining, and nervous system regulation. re:Thrive is cash-based; HSA/FSA are accepted and superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement.
