Dr. Gabriella Pasos, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, is a pelvic health specialist at Bliss Pelvic Health in Wesley Chapel, Florida. A Florida native, Gabriella earned a Bachelor of Health Science from Andrews University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2017. She began in outpatient orthopedics before moving into women's health, and has completed specialized training including coursework through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also certified in dry needling. Gabriella works with women on urinary leakage, pain with intimacy, diastasis recti, pelvic pressure and heaviness, constipation and loss of gas or stool, pelvic pain and low back pain, and on returning to workouts and running. Bliss Pelvic Health also offers birth preparation, cupping and postpartum return-to-exercise and running programs, and treats bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual pain. Each session is one-on-one. Care starts with listening to each patient's story and goals, followed by a full-body assessment and, only with consent, a gentle pelvic floor assessment. A physician referral is not required to begin physical therapy in Florida, and babies are welcome at visits.
