The clinic's pelvic floor program addresses pelvic and rectal pain, painful intercourse, pudendal neuralgia, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, functional constipation, IBS, painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, coccyx pain, groin and testicular pain, sexual dysfunction, vulvodynia, vaginismus, pre- and post-prostatectomy care and endometriosis. Patients receive uninterrupted one-on-one treatment with the same therapist. Approaches include manual therapy and myofascial release, bowel and bladder education, neuromuscular re-education, exercise, biofeedback, electrotherapy, relaxation techniques and postural education. The clinic also offers INDIBA radiofrequency therapy. A prescription is not required to be seen, though some insurers may require one for reimbursement.
