elmspa is a boutique spa a short walk from Cabbagetown and Yorkville in Toronto. An offshoot of Elmwood Spa, it has seven treatment rooms, two steam rooms, an infrared sauna, a rain shower and a garden terrace, with zen- and Feng Shui-inspired decor. Services include registered massage therapy, couples, relaxation, hot stone, prenatal and lymphatic drainage massage, body treatments, facials and med spa skin treatments, manicures and pedicures, tinting, threading and waxing, acupuncture, and half-day or full-day retreats. Therapeutic massages are performed by Registered Massage Therapists, with insurance receipts available. The garden terrace can be rented for private events, and the spa sells its own skincare and teas.
