I’m an English-speaking, accredited and registered Hypnotherapist. I use an integrative approach combining CBT, hypnotherapy and mindfulness to help you feel more calm, confident and in control in everyday life. My work is structured, practical and grounded in evidence-based methods. Sessions are collaborative: we set clear goals, review progress and develop approaches you can use independently. This isn’t about quick fixes or generic scripts — the work is tailored to how your mind responds to stress, pressure and uncertainty. I commonly work with anxiety, social anxiety, stress, sleep issues, phobias and unhelpful habits. Sessions are straightforward and focused on realistic, sustainable change. I run a private online practice and work with adults internationally.
