Dr. Chelsea Lambert (formerly Chelsea Stager), PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Origin Physical Therapy's Brentwood clinic in Los Angeles. A Southern California native who grew up in the South Bay, she danced professionally and earned a bachelor's degree in dance before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. She is certified in Pilates and GYROTONIC and has taught both methods for many years. Her interest in pelvic health grew while she worked at a performance and sports physical therapy clinic and saw how common pelvic floor dysfunction is among women. She draws on her own experience with chronic low back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction in her care. Origin's Brentwood clinic (formerly Bebé PT) treats pregnancy pain and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, painful sex, diastasis recti, bladder and bowel control, menopause and perimenopause, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginoplasty prep and recovery, endometriosis-related pain, and general aches and injuries. Origin offers in-person and virtual visits; many plans are in network, and a superbill is provided for out-of-network plans.
