Dr. Devanshi Shah, PT, DPT, PCES, Cert.DN, is the founder and lead physical therapist of Rejuvena Pelvic Institute Physical Therapy & Wellness in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2018. She is a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, is certified in McKenzie lumbar spine and Maitland manual therapy techniques, holds pelvic health certification through APTA and Herman & Wallace, is a certified dry needling practitioner, and is working toward CAPP-Pelvic certification. The clinic treats pelvic floor dysfunction in all genders. For women, this includes vaginismus, vulvodynia, painful intercourse, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, pregnancy-related pelvic pain, postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, C-section and perineal scar pain, SI joint, low back and tailbone pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and recovery after hysterectomy, endometriosis or prolapse surgery. Men's pelvic health care covers chronic pelvic pain syndrome, perineal and testicular pain, post-ejaculatory pain, urinary urgency and frequency, and post-prostatectomy incontinence. Treatment is evidence-based and hands-on, combining spinal and pelvic floor manual techniques with corrective exercise and dry needling. The clinic's staff also includes senior therapist Dr. Carol Law, DPT. A 15-minute consultation is available on request.
