Deborah Weber, PT, MPT, PRPC is the founder of Hawaii Pelvic Therapy in Honolulu and has nearly 25 years of clinical experience in women's and pelvic health. She earned a BS in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Florida (1997) and a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1999), followed by a Maternal and Child Health Fellowship at UNC Hospitals. In 2022 she earned the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), and the practice notes she was the first PRPC-certified practitioner in Hawaii. Hawaii Pelvic Therapy treats pelvic pain, pain with sex, bladder and bowel incontinence, prenatal back and pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, separated abdominals, painful periods, uterine, bladder and rectal prolapse, constipation, scar management after c-section or abdominal surgery, sacroiliac, pubic and tailbone pain, pudendal neuralgia and pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction. The practice also offers birth doula services, VBAC/TOLAC support, childbirth prep and coaching, and pregnancy and postpartum personal training. Deborah integrates evidence-based pelvic rehabilitation with yoga- and Pilates-informed therapeutic exercise and sees patients from childhood through perimenopause, including athletes. Her background includes Duke University Health System, Adventist Health Castle and Pali Momi. The clinic accepts AARP, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, HMSA and Kaiser plans, and offers self-pay packages without a physician referral; superbills are available.
