About
Colleen Wilkens, MPT, is a physical therapist at Body Renovation Physical Therapy's Wauwatosa East clinic. Colleen earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1999 and has focused on orthopedic conditions using manual therapy, patient education and exercise, with special interest in sports medicine, running gait analysis and return to sport. Since 2011 Colleen has also provided comprehensive evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, with a focus on prenatal and postnatal care, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and pelvic pain. Advanced training includes vocal cord dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, myofascial trigger point therapy, Graston Technique instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and custom foot orthotics. Body Renovation has seven locations across metro Milwaukee. Visits are one hour and one-on-one with the same therapist each time, and online scheduling is available.
