About
Dr. Chelsea Speegle, PT, DPT, PCES, founded Pelvic Symphony Physical Therapy, a practice dedicated entirely to pelvic health for men and women. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2017 and began her career in orthopedics, where she saw how often pelvic floor dysfunction was connected to the conditions she treated. She treats pelvic pain, urinary leakage and other bladder concerns, bowel concerns, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction including pain with intercourse and erectile dysfunction, male pelvic pain, and pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum recovery, including C-section recovery. Her whole-body approach looks at posture, breathing, movement and pelvic floor function to find what is driving symptoms. She has completed Herman & Wallace pelvic health training from Level 1 through capstone, including pelvic rehabilitation for athletes. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), is certified in trigger point dry needling (Levels 1 and 2) and pelvic floor dry needling, has men's pelvic health training through Integrated Pelvic Care, and has Low Pressure Fitness Levels 1 and 2. Every session is a full hour, one-on-one. The clinic is out-of-network: payment is collected at the visit, and a superbill is provided for reimbursement. Cash, checks, credit/debit cards, HSA and FSA are accepted. No referral is needed in Colorado. The office serves DTC, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton and South Denver.
