Dr. Carly Endriss, PT, DPT, OCS, PCES, is a pelvic floor therapist at Bloom Pelvic Therapy, which has locations in Lutz, South Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Carly draws on her background in both orthopedics and pelvic health to provide labor and delivery preparation and to address lumbopelvic pain, painful intimacy, diastasis recti, bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and return to exercise. Her extensive orthopedic training informs how she looks at the effect that dysfunction beyond the pelvis can have on the pelvic floor. As a movement specialist, Carly takes a whole-body approach, using hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and lifestyle changes, with a strong emphasis on education. Bloom offers pelvic therapy for women and men at all ages and stages, including pregnancy and postpartum care and pessary fittings. Sessions are about an hour, one-on-one, in private treatment rooms, and internal work is optional.
