Brittni has advanced training in pelvic health and treats patients of all genders and ages, including pediatric patients, with trauma-informed care. Conditions include urinary and bowel incontinence, urgency, frequency, hesitancy and nocturia, constipation and dyssynergic defecation, pelvic, genital, rectal and tailbone pain, pain with intercourse, vulvodynia and vaginismus, prolapse, pudendal neuralgia, pre- and post-operative care after pelvic surgeries, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, gender-affirming care, and bedwetting. Training includes Herman & Wallace, APTA, Myopain dry needling, Thoracic Ring Approach and Corrective Exercise Solutions (PCES 3.0), and treatment may include dry needling, visceral mobilization and manual therapy. The first evaluation is 60 minutes, and internal exams are always optional. Pelvic Hope MKE is cash-based and out of network, accepting HSA/FSA, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and cards, with invoices for possible out-of-network reimbursement. No referral is needed, and teletherapy is offered.
