The clinic's pelvic floor program addresses painful intercourse, painful periods, endometriosis, pudendal neuralgia, pelvic pressure and muscle spasm, urinary and bowel incontinence, urgency, retention, interstitial cystitis and constipation, pregnancy and postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti, C-section scars, prolapse and pubic symphysis pain, and recovery after hysterectomy or colon cancer treatment. For men it covers pelvic and testicular pain, prostatitis, incontinence, erectile dysfunction and pre- and post-prostatectomy care. Treatment can include manual techniques, stretching, exercise and biofeedback, and lymphedema care uses complete decongestive therapy. Aubrey focuses on actively listening to each patient's concerns to build a personalized plan around their needs and goals. Advanced Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic at the southwest corner of the 78th Street and Yankee Hill roundabout in Lincoln. It accepts a wide range of insurance, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medica, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and VA, and staff check coverage before care.
